Job summary

Uniting AgeWell is seeking an Exercise Physiologist to deliver home-based services for clients aged 65+ in the Wider Geelong region. You will work from Waurn Ponds, focusing on strengths-based, goal-directed interventions to maximise independence.

Based at our Waurn Ponds hub, you’ll receive regular supervision and collaborate with a large team, with opportunities to grow into senior clinical or leadership pathways.

Qualifications

• ESSA accreditation as an Exercise Physiologist.
• Recognised tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practice for older adults 65+.

Responsibilities

• Deliver home-based Exercise Physiology services for clients aged 65+ via SAH in the Geelong region.
• Provide strengths-based, goal-directed interventions to maximise independence.
• Receive supervision from Practice Lead and work with a large clinical team.
