Job summary

Carma is transforming Australia’s used-car market with a hands-on, tech-driven wholesale platform. We’re seeking an Automotive Business Development Representative to bring new dealerships onboard, nurture partnerships, and help auctions run smoothly.

You’ll build relationships, chase targets, and coordinate with operations to ensure accurate vehicle detail and seamless after-sale processes. A1+ track record in BD/sales in automotive is ideal.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in business development, sales or account management.
• Experience in the automotive industry and dealer landscape preferred.
• Full NSW driver’s licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Source and onboard new dealerships into Carma’s wholesale network.
• Keep dealers informed on auctions, inventory and results.
• Build relationships to drive bidding, buying and repeat business.
• Coordinate inspections and assist at auctions to resolve issues quickly.
• Monitor dealer activity and pursue acquisition and sales targets.
• Collaborate with Wholesale Vehicle Operations to prepare auctions and vehicles.
