Job summary

Dalby Automotive is seeking a friendly, organised Service Advisor to join our aftersales team. You will be the friendly face handling bookings, recording vehicle concerns, and guiding customers from booking to collection.

In this role you will liaise with technicians, prepare quotes, explain repairs and maintenance, manage inquiries, and maintain accurate customer and vehicle records, ensuring outstanding service and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with computer systems and dealership software (preferred).
• Valid driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and manage service bookings.
• Document vehicle concerns accurately.
• Liaise with technicians and update workshop progress.
• Prepare quotes and explain recommended repairs.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Coordinate vehicle drop-offs and collections.
• Process service invoices and payments.
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records.
