Job summary

JET Charge Pty Ltd in North Ryde, NSW is seeking a high-energy automotive salesperson to grow our business across OEMs, dealer groups and dealerships. You’ll own opportunities from first contact through proposal, negotiation and close, with a proactive pipeline mindset rather than inbound leads.

You don’t need EV charging expertise—your automotive knowledge, sales capability and network will drive ambitious revenue and margin growth across our automotive segment. Hybrid work options available.

Qualifications

• Proven sales or business development experience within the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of OEMs, dealer groups, dealerships and fleet channels.
• Hunter mentality with comfort prospecting, opening doors and creating opportunities.
• Ability to build pipeline and convert opportunities into revenue.
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Hunt for new business and create opportunities across the automotive market.
• Build strong relationships with OEMs, dealer groups, dealerships and key industry decision-makers. Own the sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through to commercial negotiation and close.
• Maintain a healthy, qualified pipeline and forecast with CRM discipline.
• Work with Product, Marketing, Delivery and Operations to turn opportunities into successful outcomes.
