Job summary

NAPA is part of GPC Asia Pacific, and the Automotive Parts Interpreter will help customers locate the right parts, share technical knowledge, and solve problems in WA's busy automotive precinct. This role emphasises safety, accuracy, and high service standards, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a hands-on, team-based environment.

You'll interpret parts, process orders, dispatch products, and be the first point of contact for customers both in person and over the phone, contributing to a culture

Qualifications

• Strong automotive parts knowledge and the ability to interpret parts accurately.
• Proven customer service focus and clear communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Interpret parts requirements for trade, industrial and mining customers.
• Process customer orders and efficiently dispatch products and parts.
• Promote specials and arrange buy-ins while providing product information and advice.
• Be the first point of contact for customers via in-person or phone.
• Contribute to a culture of safety and work in a fast-paced environment.
