Job summary

Dingbro in Perth is seeking a motivated Parts Apprentice to start a career in the Automotive industry. You will learn hands-on skills while working towards a recognised qualification, supporting the parts department and gaining experience in stock control, customer service, and logistics.

You will work with experienced staff who will guide you through day-to-day operations in a busy workshop environment, including handling parts orders, stock records, and customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship position in automotive parts
• Customer-facing role experience a plus
• Willingness to learn stock management and parts identification

Responsibilities

• Assist with ordering, receiving, and storing vehicle parts
• Pick and issue parts to workshop technicians
• Maintain accurate stock records
• Deal with internal and external customers in person and over the phone
• Support general warehouse and parts department duties
• Learn to identify commercial vehicle components
