The ideal candidate holds a trade qualification in Automotive Mechanical Technology, 3+ years of hands-on experience, a current manual driver's licence, and the ability to obtain an RWC licence.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification in Automotive Mechanical Technology (Light Vehicle or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years' experience in the industry (highly regarded).
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Current manual driver's licence is essential.
• Hold or have the ability to obtain RWC licence (advantageous).
• Hold or have the ability to obtain A/C qualifications (not essential).
• Must hold valid Australian work authorisation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and service a wide range of vehicles (new and used).
• Perform scheduled servicing and general maintenance, plus RWC inspections.
• Lead and mentor junior mechanics, sharing your expertise.
• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
• Liaise with customers to explain repairs and provide trusted advice.

What You’ll Do:

Diagnose, repair, and service a wide range of vehicles (new and used) with accuracy and efficiency

Performing scheduled servicing and general maintenance, plus RWC inspections.

Liaise with customers to explain repairs and provide trusted advice
