Job summary

Tyrepower is seeking a friendly, motivated Sales / Receptionist to join our busy Tyrepower and mechanical workshop. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with tyre and automotive enquiries while supporting the day-to-day operation of the workshop.

This hands-on role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, assisting with bookings, quotes and tyre/automotive sales in a busy workshop environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer enquiries.
• Book vehicles in for tyres, servicing, repairs and mechanical work.
• Provide customers with information and quotes for tyres and automotive services.
• Assist with tyre and automotive sales.
• Process invoices, payments and customer bookings.
• Coordinate customer vehicles with mechanics and workshop staff.
• Contact customers regarding vehicle updates, completed work and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records.
• Assist with general reception and administrative duties.
