Job summary

XL Parts is seeking an Outside Sales Rep to build and maintain client relationships across B2B accounts in the Hillcroft area. You will develop strategies to grow an existing book while prospecting to add new customers, using strong communication and strategic thinking to meet targets.

Responsibilities include in-person sales visits, product demos, promotions, and documentation in our CRM. A vehicle is required; a clean driving record is essential for daily field work and travel across NSW.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid state driver''s license and insurance.
• Must have your vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct active sales visits for new and existing customers.
• Demonstrate products and explain promotions to stock opportunities.
• Collaborate with store/operations staff to improve service and solve issues.
• Sign up new accounts and grow sales.
• Implement and support sales promotions.
• Schedule appointments with clients and work with their schedules.
• Complete a minimum of 15 in-person sales meetings daily.
• Document all sales calls in the CRM during or after visits.
• Attend meetings, conferences, and association functions as scheduled.
