Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop an existing customer base

• Report on activities and customer concerns, working closely with Customer Service and Logistics teams
• Identify opportunities to grow sales and strengthen customer partnerships

About You

• Previous experience in automotive spare parts, parts interpreting, customer service or sales is well regarded, however not essential
• Strong understanding of vehicle parts, accessories and workshop requirements
• Confident communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach
• Strong relationship-building and sales skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple enquiries
• Self-motivated, organised and able to work independently
• A current driver licence is required
