Job summary

Defence Health is seeking an Automation Test Lead to design and mature enterprise-grade test automation frameworks across the software delivery lifecycle. You will work closely with development, DevOps, stakeholders and project teams to drive continuous testing and shift-left quality.

You will coach testing resources, implement CI/CD strategies, and maintain scalable automation assets, with hands-on use of Selenium and Playwright and API testing, across Agile environments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in software testing across manual, automation, API and regression testing.
• Experience translating requirements into test cases and scenarios.
• Hands-on with scalable automation frameworks and AI-enhanced delivery is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and maintenance of enterprise-wide test automation frameworks.
• Develop and execute automation strategies across projects and releases.
• Support automated tests through CI/CD pipelines and tools.
• Coach automation and manual testers to build capability and collaboration.
