Job Title: Automation Test Engineer

Location: Melbourne

Employment Type: Casual Contract (The engagement will be for initial six months)

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web applications using Cypress.
• Build and execute mobile automation frameworks using Appium or similar tools.
• Collaborate with development, product, and QA teams to identify test requirements and create comprehensive test plans.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and defect triaging.
• Drive continuous integration and delivery practices for automated testing.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to QA best practices and process improvements.
• (Optional) Utilize JMeter for performance and load testing as needed.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Cypress (Mandatory)
• Proficiency in mobile test automation using Appium or similar tools (Mandatory)
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Skills:
