Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, video conferencing, email and face-to-face interactions.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot product issues by testing equipment and replicating faults.
• Liaise with overseas technical team to identify and implement solutions.
• Deliver technical training to customers onsite and at the Sydney office.
• Provide product training and support to internal staff.
• Develop technical documentation including user guides, wiring diagrams, cheat sheets and training materials.
• Create and maintain technical training videos and support resources.
• Manage product repairs and warranty assessments.
• Monitor and report on technical projects, goals and outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through exceptional service and support.
