Job summary

RGIT Australia is seeking a Systems & Control Engineer for our Murray Downs almond processing facility. This full-time role spans IT, OT, automation and production, ensuring integration and reliability of PLC/SCADA, MES/WMS and reporting tools.

You will troubleshoot data and system integration, connect automation with business software, develop dashboards, and support new installations to improve plant reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Background in OT, automation, or control systems.
• Experience with PLC/SCADA or MES/WMS systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot integration and data issues.
• Comfort connecting plant equipment to business software and data tools.

Responsibilities

• Trouble­shoot system, data and integration issues.
• Connect production equipment, PLC/SCADA, MES/WMS, AGVs with business systems.
• Improve automation and reduce manual processes.
• Develop reporting, dashboards and data visibility for plant operations.
• Support new system installations, testing and commissioning.
