Job summary

Toyota Automated Logistics is seeking an Automation Operator for our Moorebank facility in Sydney. You will support state‑of‑the‑art automation, including robotics and ASRS, in a 24/7 operation and contribute to safe, reliable performance.

You’ll monitor systems, troubleshoot blockages, and work with cross‑functional teams to ensure continuous throughput and customer satisfaction. A proactive, safety‑mocussed mindset and experience in warehousing or manufacturing is valued.

Qualifications

• Proactive, safety‑minded attitude in a fast-paced ops environment.
• Experience in warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, automation or customer‑facing roles.
• Exposure to SCADA is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support automated warehouse systems to maximise efficiency.
• Respond to blockages and disruptions to minimise downtime.
• Record root causes to support continuous improvement.
• Use dashboards and tools to address performance concerns.
• Assist testing, commissioning and readiness of new automation gear.
• Collaborate with Operations, Service and Project teams for seamless performance.
