Job summary
Bluefin Resources Pty is seeking two Automation Engineers in Australia to implement and scale intelligent automation and AI-driven testing within engineering squads. The role is a hands-on position focusing on CI/CD, release automation, and integration across Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Harness, and ServiceNow.
The successful candidates will design, build, and troubleshoot end-to-end pipelines, connect REST APIs, manage credentials, and work across squads to optimise automation across
Qualifications
- 5+ years' hands-on experience across Automation Engineering, DevOps or Software engineering.
- Strong Azure DevOps background
- CI/CD experience- particularly with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Harness or similar tools
- Understanding of AI / AI automation
- Software engineering experience
- Python development experience- highly desirable
- Experience with ServiceNow Change Management- desirable
- Experience with pipelines, templates and automation
- Ability to understand and work with existing automation solutions
- Ability to work across squads and technical teams

A major Australian organisation is seeking two Automation Engineers for some large AI driven automation initiates. The role will require you to work in the office 2 days a week. Initially a 6 month contract with possible extension.
This is a hands-on engineering role focused on implementing and scaling intelligent automation, AI agents, CI/CD and release automation solutions directly within engineering squads.
