Job summary

MAF OCEANIA PTY LTD in Bacchus Marsh, VIC, seeks an Electronic / Software Specialist to install, calibrate, and maintain advanced fruit sorting automation. You will support on-site and remote troubleshooting across Australia, and collaborate with international teams to drive AI-based sorting developments.

Role requires strong electronics/software knowledge, diagnostic skills, and willingness to travel domestically and overseas for training and service missions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an electronic technician in industrial or agricultural automation.
• Strong understanding of MAF electronic and software technologies including GLOBLASCAN 7, VIOTEC 7, ORPHEA, IDD8, AI Smart Tuning.
• Proficient in diagnosing and repairing electronic and software systems.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure electronic and software components at workshop and customer sites.
• Calibrate and test electronic systems for accurate grading and performance.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electronic faults in sorting lines.
