Job summary

IRIS Integration Pty Ltd is seeking a Control Systems Engineer to drive automation projects across various industries in Australia. You will support national engineering teams and conduct onsite commissioning, fault-finding, and PLC/SCADA programming.

You’ll work with a close-knit team, bringing strong communication, problem-solving, and client-facing skills to deliver high-quality engineering documentation and solutions that enhance safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in control systems within industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Deliver control systems and automation projects across diverse industries.
• Provide technical support to engineering teams and clients.
• Prepare high-quality engineering documentation: reports, specifications, methodologies.
• Fault-find and program PLC/SCADA systems.
• Onsite commissioning of systems and instrumentation.
• Act as a trusted partner and representative of IRIS on client sites.
• Contribute to safety, innovation, and continuous improvement.
