Job summary
Elite Staffing Solutions Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Automation Engineer to join our Melbourne-based team on a full-time permanent basis. The role focuses on hands-on PLC/HMI programming, system integration, and commissioning across FMCG manufacturing sites in Melbourne’s South-East, with occasional travel to the North-West.
You will work on PLC upgrades, control panel design, and electrical design using AutoCAD, while ensuring safety, quality, and client requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience in PLC programming across multiple brands.
- Proficient in HMI programming and design.
- Experience with industrial networks and systems integration.
- A‑Grade Electrical Licence and willingness to obtain police check.
Responsibilities
- PLC programming, upgrades and troubleshooting.
- HMI/SCADA programming and configuration.
- Control panel design and electrical design using AutoCAD.
- Systems integration and commissioning.
