Job summary

Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer LLP is seeking an Automation & AI Analyst to join the Knowledge & Research team on a 12-month contract, based in Sydney or Melbourne. You will design and maintain automated legal templates and AI-enabled solutions across the firm.

Work with lawyers, knowledge professionals, Digital, IT and external vendors to deliver practical technology solutions. Requires 2 years’ experience in a legal practice or professional services and a strong tech mindset with low/no code

Qualifications

2 years’ experience in a legal practice or professional services business.
Experience with low/no code automation and modern automation platforms.
Strong understanding of automation and AI-enabled solutions in legal workflows.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, support and maintain automated legal templates using Contract Express.
Design, develop and maintain SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI and Copilot Agent solutions.
Support Knowledge solutions across SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI and AI platforms.
Ensure WHS obligations are met and support a safe, respectful workplace.
Collaborate with lawyers, knowledge professionals, Digital, IT and external vendors.
