NextGen HR Pty Ltd is recruiting an Autoglazier/Windscreen Fitter for the Geelong region. You will manage mobile and fixed-site jobs, delivering high-quality glass workmanship across a wide range of vehicles, from everyday cars to prestige builds.

Role offers great hours, no regular weekends, paid overtime when required, and extra leave such as a birthday day off and four weeks of paid parental leave for eligible parents. Leadership access and growth opportunities are highlighted.

About the Role

Enjoy the freedom of managing your jobs from start to finish. Your day-to-day will include:

Removing, repairing, and replacing windscreens and automotive glass components to top industry standards.

Completing high-quality chip repairs and resealing work.

Assessing vehicle damage to recommend the best repair or replacement solutions.

Delivering 5-star customer service (aiming to maintain our >4.6-star satisfaction rating).

Mentoring and sharing your technical knowledge with less experienced team members.

About You

To hit the ground running in this mobile and branch-based role, you will bring:

Proven industry experience as an Autoglazier, Windscreen Fitter, Automotive Glass Technician, or similar.

High standards of safety, workmanship, and problem-solving skills.

The ability to work independently and manage mobile jobs effectively.

Professional communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

Australian working rights (or the skills/experience required to be considered for employer sponsorship).

Bonus: A Certificate III in Automotive Glazing is highly regarded, though not essential for highly experienced candidates.
