You’ll manage jobs from assessment to completion, remove, repair and replace windscreens, and uphold safety standards. Strong customer service, independent work, and mentoring of junior staff are valued in this role.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience fitting and repairing automotive glass.

Responsibilities

• Removing, repairing and replacing windscreens and automotive glass components across vehicles.

About the role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Removing, repairing and replacing windscreens and other automotive glass components across a wide range of vehicles
• Managing jobs from assessment through to completion
• Completing chip repairs, resealing work and glass replacements to industry standards
• Assessing vehicle damage and recommending the most appropriate repair or replacement solution
• Delivering outstanding customer service whilst maintaining a customer satisfaction rating above 4.6 stars
• Communicating effectively with customers, colleagues and branch management
• Contributing to team knowledge by supporting and mentoring less experienced team members

About you

This position requiresprevious automotive glazing experience.

To be considered, you will need:
