mycar is seeking an accomplished Store Manager for our Highpoint store in Melbourne. You will lead a busy team, drive sales and profitability while maintaining exceptional customer service and strong stock control.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Light Vehicle Automotive Technology is required.
• Experience leading and developing a high-performing team.
• Strong commercial mindset with focus on driving sales, profitability and customer outcomes.
• Ability to achieve and exceed KPIs, store targets and business objectives.
• Strong people management skills with coaching and mentoring.
