Job summary

Cars24 Melbourne is seeking an experienced Finance & Business Manager to support customers at checkout and guide them through car loan applications with confidence and care.

You will assess needs, present finance options, liaise with lenders, and help customers select suitable products while delivering a smooth end-to-end experience. Based at Laverton North, this full-time role offers an uncapped commission structure and an OTE of $150K+.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as Finance Consultant, Broker, or Business Manager.
• Tertiary qualifications in mortgage or finance broking.
• Experience with credit assessment and lender communications.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through finance applications at purchase.
• Screen needs, creditworthiness, and affordability.
• Liaise between lenders and customers to manage approvals/declines.
• Offer products like extended warranties and vehicle protection.
• Communicate via phone and email for end-to-end experience.
• Maintain compliance and accuracy of loan documents.
• Leverage new tech platforms to streamline workflows.
