MACA is seeking Auto Electricians to join the Karlawinda Gold Project Maintenance Team on a 2:1 roster, located near Newman in the Pilbara region of Western Australia. The role focuses on on‑site electrical maintenance of heavy mobile mining equipment for a long‑life mine with strong production.

MACA is seeking Auto Electricians to join our Karlawinda Gold Project Maintenance Team on a 2:1 roster.

Located near Newman in the Pilbara region of Western Australia, The Karlawinda Gold Project is a high-quality, long-life open-pit gold mine owned by Capricorn Metals. It’s one of the newest and most productive gold operations in the state, with a projected mine life of over a decade and ongoing production that exceeds 100,000 ounces of gold per year.

To be successful in this role you will possess

• Australian Recognised Certificate III in Automative Electrical Technology.


• Air Con Ticket and experiecne preferable.


• Experience working on Heavy Mobile Mining Equipment - CAT.


• HR drivers’ licence preferable.


• Highly motivated with the ability to work independently


• Good knowledge and ability to follow Work health and safety procedures and policies.
