Job summary

Macmahon Maintenance Masters is seeking an Auto Electrician to join the team. You'll carry out repairs, servicing and diagnostics on mobile plant, and work with experienced teammates who share knowledge to keep the site operating safely and efficiently.

Location: Mine site south of Moranbah, QLD. Roster: 7:7 DIDO. Rate: up to $85 per hour (casual). You will be part of a skilled, safety‑conscious team focused on reliability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Australian-recognised trade.
• Experience with Heavy Mobile Equipment (HME) in surface mining.
• Able to work effectively in a team and take initiative.
• Committed to safe work practices and high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Diagnostics, repairs and preventative maintenance on CAT, Hitachi & Liebherr fleet.
• Complete servicing to OEM standards and site procedures.
• Support equipment availability and safe, reliable performance.
• Collaborate with production and planning to schedule work.
• Contribute to a speak-up culture to keep everyone home safe.
