FMS Field Mining Services Group is seeking experienced Auto Electricians to join our Diesel Division in Mackay. The role involves diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems on heavy mining equipment and liaising with clients to ensure reliability.

Subcontractors welcome, with a company vehicle and onsite meals/accommodation provided. The successful applicants will have experience on Liebherr, Caterpillar and Terex excavators, a Coal Board Medical, and a Standard 11.

Competenze

• Experience working on heavy mining equipment.
• Coal Board Medical completion and Standard 11 certification are required or preferred.
• Strong focus on safety and ability to work with management and clients.

Mansioni

• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair complex electrical systems on heavy mining equipment.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on Liebherr, Caterpillar and Terex excavators and other fleet.
• Maintain safe work practices and communicate with clients and supervisors.

FMS Group is seeking experienced Auto Electricians to join our Diesel Division. Candidates must have proven experience working on heavy machinery within a mining environment, with preferred fleet experience including Liebherr 9600, Caterpillar 6040 and 6015 Excavators, and Terex RH340 Diggers.

Subcontractors are also welcome to apply.

The successful applicant, will have:

• Liebherr/Caterpillar& Terex Excavators (3 Years Experience)
• Coal Board Medical
• Standard 11 Statement of Attainment
• Problem solving and decision-making skills
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Have the proven ability to liaise with both management and clients
• Uncompromising attitude to safety
• Ability to meet site requirements
