Job summary

PR Projects is seeking a motivated Auto Electrical Apprentice to join our Group Training Organisation and be placed with a global manufacturer at the forefront of transport technology.

You will assist with installation, testing, fault-finding, repair and commissioning of electrical systems on modern passenger transport vehicles, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to diagnostics, battery systems, and control systems. A strong safety mindset and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

Currently undertaking an Automotive Electrical Technology apprenticeship.
Open to 2nd, 3rd and 4th Year Apprentices
Strong interest in auto electrical systems and emerging technologies
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Current Driver's Licence (preferred)

Responsibilities

Assist with installation, testing, fault-finding, repair and commissioning of electrical systems on modern passenger transport vehicles.
Gain experience in vehicle electrical systems and diagnostics.
Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs.
Work alongside experienced technicians in a collaborative team environment.
