Job summary

Seek is seeking a reliable, autonomous Store Supervisor for a full-time permanent role in Australia. This hands-on position focuses on customer service, operations, and driving growth in-store and via B2B channels.

The role requires proven leadership, strong organisational and communication skills, plus a current driver’s licence. Advantage if you have auto electrical/mechanical trade qualifications and battery experience.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to handle conflicting priorities.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Previous sales/retail experience in the auto and/or camping sector.
• Ability to operate autonomously, be self-motivated and flexible.
• Hold a current Driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage and drive incoming customer inquiries, sales management, in-store sales and services to ensure all sales opportunities are optimized.
• Provide products and services to customers, including installs whilst maintaining the stability and reputation of the store.
• Enforce and maintain quality and customer service standards.
• Maintain trade sales and drive growth through B2B selling and service.
• Manage site operations and dynamically drive continuous improvement
• Analyse and resolve quality and customer problems, identify market trends and offering strategic solutions.
• Contribute to local area marketing concepts and business improvement strategies.
• Be responsible for inventory management, stock takes, daily reconciliation, banking and other administrative duties as required.
• Manage work scheduling of staff and priorities of customers in an efficient manner.
• Maintain a clean and safe operating area which includes shop, vehicles and workshop at all times.
• Ensure compliance of internal and external policies, procedures and laws at all times.
