AHS Nursing Agency is seeking a compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our Dee Why NSW team. You will provide personal care, community access, and daily living support for an 8-year-old participant with autism/vision needs, with regular evening shifts and close collaboration with families and the care team.

Required: minimum 2 years’ experience, Working with Children Check, WWCC, First Aid & CPR, current driver’s license, and own car.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Disability Support Worker.
• Experience supporting children with autism, sensory needs, or vision impairments.
• Patient, calm communication and gentle approach.
• Flexible to provide personal care and domestic assistance.
• Ability to work collaboratively with families and care teams.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care and daily living support.
• Support community access and participation.
• Assist with mobility and safe walking.
• Document care plans and progress.
• Work with families and care team to tailor support.
