Job summary

Total Disability Care Pty Ltd – Castle Hill NSW is seeking a dedicated Specialized Disability Support Worker (Female) to provide personalised care for Rebecca, a 25-year-old woman with Autism Level 3, Landau-Kleffner Syndrome, ADHD and severe insomnia. Rebecca is non-verbal and requires calm, patient support and a routine, long-term commitment from a reliable caregiver.

Responsibilities include personal care, community access and driving, implementing therapy plans, supporting daily routines,

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid driver’s license and have your own car.
• Vehicle must accommodate a child seat harness and wheelchair.
• Available on at least 3 weekdays, weekends not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care.
• Support Rebecca with community access and driving using the worker’s vehicle.
• Implement therapy plans including Behaviour Support, Mealtime, Communication and OT plans.
• Support daily routines, transitions, and sensory needs.
• Overnight support when insomnia requires it.
• Clean Rebecca’s commonly used areas.
