Job summary

Rippling is seeking a Technical Account Consultant to own Australian payroll compliance for customers, including Modern Awards, STP mapping, superannuation, and long service leave. You will be the internal and external expert on how compliance is configured in Rippling, and will collaborate with Australia TAMs and AMs across the broader book.

You will audit configurations, enable customers, train admins, build reports, and contribute feedback to product and engineering.

Qualifications

3+ years of SaaS experience in payroll process, consulting, implementation, or support.
Deep knowledge of Australian payroll compliance, including Modern Awards, STP, superannuation, and long service leave.
Ability to explain complex payroll scenarios clearly, in writing or verbally.

Responsibilities

Payroll & compliance configuration audits to identify gaps and remediation steps.
Modern Awards enablement and admin training on configuration and updates.
Build complex reports and configure payroll policies for compliance analysis.
Provide feedback to Product and Engineering on Australia-specific gaps.
Conduct enterprise account health checks and support TAM/AM teams.
Create and share training assets for TAMs, AMs, and IMs.
Host webinars to drive platform adoption and annual award changes.
Handle general case support beyond payroll with cross-team coordination.
