Compass Group Pty Limited is recruiting a Commis Chef for the Australian Open event. You will prepare and present high-quality dishes in a fast-paced setting, supporting chefs across premium hospitality areas and ensuring food safety and presentation standards at all times.

The role requires prior kitchen experience, a relevant cookery qualification or in-progress culinary apprenticeship, and a flexible schedule including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

These are casual contract roles that will commence from Octoberunless otherwise communicated. Please note that commencement of employment does not guarantee shifts from this date. Shifts will be allocated in line with operational requirements, with rostering for the Australian Open campaign commencing closer to the event. All onboarding and training will be provided prior to commencement.
