Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional sales experience in the Australian mining and agricultural tyre industry.
• Proven track record of expanding local tyre market resources and achieving sales targets.
• Excellent bilingual communication, business negotiation, and external relationship management.
• Familiar with Australian tyre import/export policies, laws, and market rules.
• Solid product knowledge of mining and agricultural tyres and market positioning.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage key local mining tyre accounts in Australia and consolidate the brand’s core market share.
• Develop new customers and channel resources for mining tyres across the Australian market for profitable growth.
• Expand the Australian agricultural tyre market by targeting customers and distributors.
• Provide professional after-sales services and technical support to mine sites and distributors.
• Manage the full-cycle customer cooperation process: negotiation, contracts, pricing, and follow-up.
• Track market trends and formulate targeted sales strategies for mining and agricultural tyres in Australia.
• Monitor market changes and adjust sales layout to maintain competitiveness.
• Assist supervisors with daily admin and prepare market analysis reports.
