Job summary

Intelerad is seeking a Product Owner to translate strategy into actionable engineering work. You will own the backlog for a defined product area, work daily with engineering and design, and ensure delivery aligns with customer and business needs.

In this role you will partner with Product Management and business leaders, synthesize input from Sales and Support, and drive timely trade-offs to maximize value across releases and sprints.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or related agile role in software.
• Hands-on experience with backlog and sprint management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Ability to translate strategic direction and customer needs into clear user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Experience partnering with engineering teams; comfortable discussing feasibility, sequencing and trade-offs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; attention to detail in requirements and validation.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the product backlog for an assigned area; write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate daily with engineering and design; make timely trade‑offs on scope and priority.
• Validate delivered features meet acceptance criteria and desired outcomes.
• Gather input from Sales, CS, Support and customers to inform backlog refinement and market research.
• Track sprint/release progress, velocity, risks, and incorporate feedback into backlog iterations.
