You will manage communications by phone and email, handle operational tasks between FIA and custodians, and work with Investment Counsellors to ensure smooth client interactions.

Ideal candidates have a university degree or equivalent and at least 1 year of back-office experience, with a strong eye for quality and timelines and excellent client communication skills.

As a Client Service Associate (CSA), you will form relationships with clients to give them support in navigating their financial futures.

The Opportunity:

You will be up close and personal with the high-net-worth clients that we help every day. Our proficient CSAs positively impact our clients by managing all operational aspects of our firm’s relationship with them. You will manage operations locally across many different functions and be a part of a collaborative team that will challenge you to grow and help build the foundation to launch your lifelong career with Fisher Investments Australasia. This position is located in Sydney.

The Day-to-Day:
