Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in an operational or back-office capacity
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and manage timelines

Responsibilities

• Communicate with high-net-worth clients by phone and email in a team-oriented environment
• Fulfill operational tasks between Fisher Investments Australasia and custodians
• Establish and clear accounts and resolve documentation and transfer issues
• Collaborate with Investment Counsellors to ensure operational excellence for client inquiries
