Job summary

Troocoo is partnering with a globally backed, publicly listed organisation to appoint a General Manager – Australia (Sydney based). Reporting to global leadership, this role carries full accountability for commercial growth, operational performance and financial outcomes across the Australian business.

You will lead a lean national team, drive partnerships, expand customer networks in retail, transport and commercial sectors, and build a scalable commercial engine to support rapid expansion.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a clear business plan and growth strategy aligned to group objectives
• Lead customer network expansion across retail, transport and commercial sectors
• Act as the lead commercial driver, securing key partnerships and opening new channels
• Build and scale a high‑performing sales capability with a structured pipeline
• Drive operational efficiency and customer experience across the national network
• Improve revenue, utilisation and profitability across existing locations
• Strengthen alignment with global leadership, systems, governance and reporting
• Lead and develop a high‑performing, commercially focused team and culture
• Identify new market opportunities, partnerships and expansion initiatives
