Job summary

Genuine Parts Company in Sydney's Seven Hills region is seeking a store person to ensure smooth warehouse operations and accurate order processing. You will pick and pack orders, help receiving and dispatching stock, and operate forklifts as needed.

This role is designed as a stepping-stone toward a sales pathway within six months, with access to training, career progression, and a suite of employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience within a similar role; forklift experience desirable but not essential.
• Able to work autonomously within a team environment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate computer literacy.
• Able to multitask and prioritise workloads.
• Mechanical aptitude and genuine interest in the industry.
• Team player to support other areas when required.

As a store person, you play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our store based in Seven Hills. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a keen eye for detail.

This opportunity is for someone who is looking to progress into sales within a 6-month transition. So, if you have experience in the warehouse and are planning to move into sales, then this is the role for you!

What your days look like:
