Job summary

Mission Technologies is seeking an experienced Regulatory / Safety / Assurance Integration Manager to join the team in Canberra. This role focuses on integrating safety, certification, and sustainment activities across a high-consequence program under the AUKUS partnership.

The position requires extensive nuclear governance experience, active clearance within the last two years, and the ability to interface with regulators and engineering authorities.

Qualifications

• 10 years experience in nuclear safety, certification, or regulatory environments.
• Direct exposure to NNPP or equivalent nuclear governance frameworks.
• Experience integrating safety cases, certification processes and sustainment planning.
• Strong understanding of configuration control and nuclear regulatory compliance.
• Active Secret (or higher) security clearance within the last 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Integrate safety case, certification, and sustainment activities.
• Interface with Engineering Authority, NSSG, and regulators.
• Ensure planning aligns with configuration baselines and safety constraints.
• Support development of nuclear-relevant assurance frameworks.
• Identify and elevate safety and certification risks early.
