Job summary

Bloom Hearing Specialists is seeking an Audiologist to join our Caringbah and Miranda sites in NSW. You will provide clinically excellent, personalized care to clients, diagnose hearing loss, and recommend and fit hearing devices.

The role includes building local relationships and promoting Bloom’s services within the community. Applicants must hold a QP number and be a current member of Audiology Australia (ASA) or AcAud.

Responsibilities

• Assessing and diagnosing hearing loss using Bloom-approved audiological techniques
• Delivering tailored hearing solutions and educating clients to make informed decisions
• Supporting successful hearing outcomes through fitting of appropriate devices
• Building awareness of Bloom's services through local promotional activities
• Developing referral partnerships with GPs, ENT specialists and other clinicians
• Contributing to clinic growth while delivering exceptional client experiences

The Opportunity

As an Audiologist, you'll play a vital role in helping clients achieve better hearing and improved quality of life through clinically excellent, personalised care.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assessing and diagnosing hearing loss using Bloom-approved audiological techniques
• Delivering tailored hearing solutions and educating clients to make informed decisions about their hearing health
• Supporting successful hearing outcomes through the recommendation and fitting of appropriate hearing devices
• Building awareness of Bloom's services through local promotional and community engagement activities
• Developing and maintaining strong referral partnerships with GPs, ENT specialists and other healthcare professionals
• Contributing to the continued growth and success of the clinic while delivering exceptional client experiences

About You

You are passionate about improving lives through better hearing and enjoy building meaningful relationships with clients and healthcare professionals alike.

To be successful, you will have:

• A current QP number and full membership with Audiology Australia (ASA) or AcAud
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
