Job summary

Bloom Hearing Specialists is seeking an Audiologist to join our Caringbah, NSW clinic part-time (Mondays and Fridays, 9:00am–5:00pm). You will provide clinically excellent, personalised care to help clients achieve better hearing and improved quality of life.

The role requires QP number and active membership with Audiology Australia (ASA) or AcAud, plus strong communication and organisational skills. You will balance clinical duties with business development, building strong GP/ENT referrals.

Responsibilities

• Assess hearing loss using Bloom-approved audiological techniques.
• Deliver tailored hearing solutions and educate clients to make informed decisions about their hearing health.
• Support fitting of appropriate hearing devices to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Build awareness of Bloom's services through local promotional and community engagement activities.
• Develop and maintain referral partnerships with GPs, ENT specialists and other healthcare professionals.
• Contribute to clinic growth while delivering exceptional client experiences.
