Bloom Hearing Specialists is seeking a passionate Audiologist to join our roaming NSW team. In this full‑time role, you’ll provide personalised care across West Ryde, Castle Hill, West Pennant Hills and Hornsby, NSW, 9:00am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

You will conduct assessments, deliver tailored solutions, and build strong referral partnerships with GPs and specialists while delivering exceptional client experiences in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• QP number and ASA/AcAud membership required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Client‑focused mindset with commitment to exceptional care.
• Ability to balance clinic duties with business development responsibilities.

Responsabilités

• Assessing and diagnosing hearing loss using Bloom approved audiological techniques.
• Delivering tailored hearing solutions and educating clients to make informed decisions about their hearing health.
• Supporting successful hearing outcomes through fitting of appropriate hearing devices.
• Building awareness of Bloom's services through local promotional and community engagement activities.
• Developing and maintaining strong referral partnerships with GPs, ENT specialists and other healthcare professionals.
• Contributing to the continued growth and success of the clinic while delivering exceptional client experiences.

The Opportunity

As an Audiologist, you'll play a vital role in helping clients achieve better hearing and improved quality of life through clinically excellent, personalised care.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assessing and diagnosing hearing loss using Bloom‑approved audiological techniques

• A current QP number and full membership with Audiology Australia (ASA) or AcAud
