Job summary

Bloom Hearing Specialists ANZ is seeking a passionate Audiologist to join our Bondi, NSW team. The role focuses on delivering clinically excellent, personalised care to help clients hear better and live fuller lives.

You will conduct assessments, fit devices, and build strong referral partnerships with GPs and ENT specialists while supporting Bloom’s growth and patient-focused mission.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current QP number and full membership with Audiology Australia (ASA) or AcAud.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Client-first mindset with ability to balance clinical and business development duties.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose hearing loss using Bloom-approved audiological techniques.
• Deliver tailored hearing solutions and educate clients on hearing health decisions.
• Support outcomes through fitting of appropriate hearing devices.
• Develop local promotional activities to raise awareness of Bloom's services.

The Opportunity

As an Audiologist, you'll play a vital role in helping clients achieve better hearing and improved quality of life through clinically excellent, personalised care.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Assessing and diagnosing hearing loss using Bloom-approved audiological techniques
• Delivering tailored hearing solutions and educating clients to make informed decisions about their hearing health
• Supporting successful hearing outcomes through the recommendation and fitting of appropriate hearing devices
• Building awareness of Bloom's services through local promotional and community engagement activities
• Developing and maintaining strong referral partnerships with GPs, ENT specialists and other healthcare professionals
• Contributing to the continued growth and success of the clinic while delivering exceptional client experiences
