Qualifications

• Early-career, hands-on analytics experience desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with interest in content and consumer behaviour.
• Hands-on experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, YouTube Analytics, TikTok Analytics or similar.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, or dashboarding tools.
• Solid understanding of social platforms, search behaviour, and audience development principles.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain regular content performance reporting across social, website, search, and content channels.
• Monitor content performance across Social, YouTube, and Search to identify trends and opportunities.
• Conduct keyword research to identify topics, seasonal trends, and gaps to inform content creation.
• Translate search trends and platform insights into actionable content recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to improve content discoverability across social platforms and search experiences.
• Partner with strategists, content creators, and editorial team to optimise publishing approaches.
