Job summary

Chartwells in Geelong is seeking a Stores Attendant to support daily operations with daytime Monday–Friday shifts. You will drive a van between sites, handle deliveries, store stock, and keep inventories accurate.

The role requires a clean Australian driver’s licence, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well with the team while safely moving goods up to 20 kg. Onsite parking and corporate growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Clean Australian driver's licence required.
• Experience in stores, warehouse or logistics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and stock items by van between sites and collect stock from supermarkets as needed.
• Receive, check and store deliveries and maintain accurate inventory.
• Coordinate goods distribution across the site and ensure storage areas are clean and safe.
• Support day-to-day logistics and stock movement for the operations team.

THE POSITION

• Monday to Friday daytime shifts
• Driving a van between sites to do deliveries and pick up additional stock from supermarkets if required
• Receive, check and store incoming deliveries
• Maintain stock levels and ensure accurate inventory management
• Coordinate distribution of goods across site as required
• Ensure storage areas are organised, clean and compliant with safety standards
• Support the wider operations team with day-to-day logistics and stock movement

THE PERSON

• Has a clean Australian driver's licence
• Previous experience in a stores, warehouse or logistics role highly regarded
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Physically capable of manual handling and moving stock up to 20kgs
• Reliable with a positive, can-do attitude
• Able to work collaboratively within a professional team environment and work autonomously when required
