Compass Group Australia is seeking a Cleaning Attendant to support Defence personnel at Randwick Barracks. This part-time role focuses on delivering clean, safe accommodations and workspaces while adhering to site procedures and safety standards.

You will perform general cleaning across living areas, offices and common spaces, ensure equipment is maintained, and contribute to a team that meets daily schedules.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning, housekeeping or facilities experience.
• A strong focus on safety and teamwork.
• Good communication skills and reliability.
• Flexibility to work across various shifts, including weekends if required
• Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check and Defence clearance
• Australian Citizenship is a mandatory requirement for this position

We’re seeking reliable Cleaners to join our team supporting the Australian Defence Force through our ESS business. You’ll play an important role in maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment for Defence personnel living and working on base.

Role Locations:

• Randwick Barracks

Your responsibilities will include:

• General cleaning duties across accommodation, offices, and common areas
• Maintaining cleaning equipment and storage areas
• Following safety and hygiene standards and site‑specific procedures
• Providing exceptional service with attention to detail
• Working effectively within a team to meet daily cleaning schedules
