Job summary

St Francis Catholic College, governed by Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools Limited (MACS), is seeking an organised Attendance Officer for the Melton Campus. The role focuses on monitoring attendance, identifying barriers to engagement, and working with students, families, staff and external agencies to support attendance outcomes.

Commencing January 2027, this is a full-time, ongoing role with a competitive salary range of $75,828 to $85,918 per annum.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting student attendance and engagement is preferred.
• Ability to work with families, staff and external agencies while maintaining confidentiality.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor student attendance and identify patterns and barriers to engagement.
• Collaborate with students, families, staff and external agencies to improve attendance outcomes.
• Maintain accurate attendance records and support school attendance initiatives.
