Job summary

Linfox Armaguard Group is seeking a Monitoring Officer to join our team in Frenchs Forest. You will monitor a fleet of ATMs under service agreements, act as the main client contact for issues, and coordinate with field staff to ensure timely service delivery.

The role requires strong problem solving, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work on a rotating roster. You will be part of a respected Australian security group with a focus on safety and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Monitor ATM fleet across service agreements.

• Coordinate service calls with field staff and escalate as needed.
