Job summary

Armaguard is seeking a Monitoring Support Officer for ATM services in Sydney to monitor ATMs under service agreements and act as the primary contact for clients when issues arise. You will coordinate with field staff and ensure timely problem resolution while maintaining service quality.

The role requires strong problem-solving abilities, a proactive, relationship-building mindset and solid technical acumen. Rotating roster included.

What does the job look like?

Your prime objective is to monitor the fleet of ATMs under our service agreements. You are the point of call from clients that require our assistance when something goes wrong. Key areas:

• Problem solving over the phone to understand clients’ requirements
• Ensure the system is up to date with all requests
• Correct escalation of issues to relevant person through procedural checks
• Diagnose ATM issues
• Update clients with the status of their jobs
• Liaise with field staff to coordinate service calls

We are searching for a talented and highly motivated Monitoring Officer to join our busy Monitoring team based in Frenchs Forest. This position will require you to work on a rotating roster.
